SkimGuard is the only skimmer detector running on every phone in your customer's parking lot. Hand a business owner one share link, they sign up, and you earn a recurring share of every subscription dollar — for as long as they stay a customer.
No deck to memorise. No demo to schedule. The consumer app is already the demo.
Why partner with SkimGuard
You're already in the room with the operators who need this — convenience stores, gas stations, ATM fleets, multi-site retailers, and the hospitality side of your book too: bars, restaurants, hotels, stadiums, and event venues, where guests pay in a crowd and nobody is inspecting the reader. SkimGuard plugs in as a recurring upsell. Co-branded emails carry your name into every customer inbox; attribution stays glued to the customer for the life of the subscription. Already deploy business Wi-Fi? Network integrations turn a merchant's existing access points into skimmer detection — a natural add-on revenue path with no new hardware to sell.
Open the SkimGuard app and share the same "Share with a business" link consumers use. The link is invisibly stamped with your partner ID. Every business that signs up through it gets pinned to you — no special URL, no tracking pixel, no UTM hygiene to maintain.
Set your brand name and accent colour in your partner dashboard. Every customer invite, every welcome email, every billing notification carries your brand on top of SkimGuard's. The customer reads "Brought to you by [you] — powered by SkimGuard."
Commission accrues on every paid invoice, for as long as the customer stays subscribed — a merchant who stays three years pays you every month for three years. Payouts run daily: as soon as a customer's payment clears (about three days), your commission transfers to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its normal schedule. Authorised partners earn 15%, Silver earns 25%, Gold earns 35% — your tier rises with your volume.
No paperwork on each deal. The merchant signs up self-serve through the standard SkimGuard for Business flow; the system writes a commission ledger row when Stripe confirms each invoice; your dashboard sums it and shows what's owed. Manual ops only at the edges.
Commission tiers
Every partner starts as Authorised. The promotion paths to Silver and Gold are based on active customer count and recent subscription revenue — not a sales call you have to schedule.
Partners who sign up by August 15, 2026 earn the Founder schedule on every customer they sign up before September 15, 2026 — a taper anchored at each customer's own signup year: 40% year 1, then 35%, 25%, 15%. That's higher than Gold's standing rate upfront, letting the platform's unit economics catch up as the customer matures.
Sign up 25 or more customers before September 15, 2026 and you're locked at Gold for life: every future customer keeps 40% for a full year and then a permanent 35% (Gold) — never tapering to 15% — and your Gold status never steps down, even if your sales slow.

Strategic partners running multi-site deployments. Promotion is automatic when your volume hits the bar.

Thresholds count paid commission only (pending and voided rows excluded), measured against any rolling 90-day window. Cross the bar one day, you're promoted the next morning. Auto-promotion only moves you up — slowing down doesn't demote you.
How a customer's rate evolves
Each customer's commission rate is locked when they sign up — based on your tier at that moment and any active promo — and steps down one tier per anniversary year until it bottoms out at 15%. Promo customers get a high year-1 boost; the platform's unit economics catch up over time.
| Signed up under | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 | Year 4+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Authorised (15%) | 15% | 15% | 15% | 15% |
| Silver (25%) | 25% | 15% | 15% | 15% |
| Gold (35%) | 35% | 25% | 15% | 15% |
| Founder + Gold (40%) | 40% | 35% | 25% | 15% |
Each anniversary, the rate steps down one tier. The schedule is locked the moment the customer signs up — your later tier changes don't rewrite history on existing customers, and the floor is always 15% (Authorised). Stripe handles the rate change automatically on the next renewal invoice.
How it works
There's no application queue. Create your account with your company email address and you're a partner immediately — referring customers before you've finished anything else. Stripe verification comes later, and it gates your payout, not your ability to sell.
Step 1
Sign up with your company email address and your partner account is live on the spot — partner ID assigned, dashboard open, no waiting on us. Signing up with a personal address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) instead? That one goes through a short manual review, usually inside a business day, because a company domain is what lets us activate you automatically.
Step 2
Immediately. In the SkimGuard app, tap Settings → "Share SkimGuard with a business," search for your prospect, hand them the QR or link. Every business that signs up through it is attributed to you automatically, and commission starts accruing on their first paid invoice — whether or not you've set up payouts yet.
Step 3
Stripe's standard onboarding form: business details, bank account, tax info. This is the one step that takes real time, because Stripe has to verify your business and your bank — so start it early. Accrued commission isn't released until it's finished, so it's the only thing standing between the sales you've made and money in your account.
Step 4
Payouts run daily. A commission becomes payable once the customer's payment has cleared — about three days — and the next daily run transfers it to your Stripe account. From there Stripe pays out to your bank on its own schedule (automatic daily by default). No weekly batch to wait for, and no long holdback: refunds are handled by reversing a transfer, not by sitting on your money.
While you're in the dashboard, set your brand name and accent colour under Branding — every customer email SkimGuard sends on your behalf is then co-branded with your name on top.
