ATM routes, unattended fuel and parking meters can mean a few accounts and a lot of machines. SkimGuard prices your fleet by the deployed machine, organizes it into inspection routes your team can actually walk, and keeps a record of every check.
SkimGuard finds card skimmers that send a wireless signal and keeps a record of your checks. An all-clear means nothing was found. It is not a guarantee.
Why per terminal
A parking authority or fuel operator can hold a single merchant account over meters and pumps scattered across a whole city. Per-location pricing can't see any of them. The work (an inventory, tamper checks, a record of every check) is per machine, dispersed across the map, so that is the unit we price and the way we route the work.
Each zone gets an ordered inspection route. An inspector works it from a handheld (one-tap pass for a clean machine, a full checklist for anything that looks off), capturing offline where there is no signal and syncing when back in range.
A standalone meter has no network nearby, so fleet coverage is route-based: scheduled checks on your team's visits. Where a site has a network connection, such as a garage or a back-office fuel site, continuous monitoring can be added. We tell you which sites qualify.
You bill only for machines actually deployed and taking payments. A meter head pulled for repair, or a spare in the shop, is not billed while it is out. The movement is tracked in the device history.
Purchase-order and fiscal-year invoicing, a contract reference on every invoice, and a contracted terminal baseline so a seasonal ramp never reprices you mid-term. The paperwork a municipal AP department actually needs.
How it works
01: Inventory
Import machines by serial, bulk CSV or one at a time, and group them into zones by route. Deployed, spare, and out-for-service states are each tracked with a full movement history.
02: Route
Each zone becomes an ordered route. Inspectors record tamper inspections with photos as they go, offline-first, so a dead-zone meter is still logged and reconciles cleanly once back online.
03: Document
Every check and device action lands in an exportable record: who did what, when, where, and the outcome. It is the evidence your card processor or a reviewer asks to see.
Per-terminal rates
Your whole fleet is priced at one rate per deployed machine, set by its total number of deployed machines: scheduled checks on your team's normal visits, with a record of every check. No minimum. Running fewer machines? Reply with your count and we'll quote you.

Per deployed machine. No setup or platform fees, at any fleet size. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10. Fleets of 7,500+ machines are quoted individually.
